No. Website Care was created for exactly the opposite case: businesses that want their site hosted, updated and kept safe with no ongoing marketing program. If you want SEO or ads later, that is a separate plan you can add or drop without touching hosting.

Can you host a site you did not build?
The plan is built around the sites we design, because we know them. If your site was built elsewhere, ask us. We will look at how it was built and what it runs before saying yes, because we only want to be responsible for sites we can actually keep healthy.
