Where we actually do the work.

FIVE COUNTIES

Each county has its own competitive dynamic. Palm Beach is the most competitive South Florida SEO market we operate in (where we live). Broward and Miami-Dade are heavier on paid because organic real estate is consolidated. Martin and St. Lucie are less saturated — ranking compounds faster, but the buyer pool is smaller. We’ll walk the right strategy for your specific market on the call.

01

Palm Beach County

Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens. Our home base — the most competitive South Florida SEO market we operate in. Most of our portfolio + GBP presence lives here.

Palm Beach County
02

Broward County

Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Coral Springs, Pompano Beach, plus the broader I-95 corridor. Heavier paid-ads market because organic real estate is consolidated among established agencies. We compete on conversion architecture + technical depth.

Broward County
03

Miami-Dade County

Miami proper plus the Hialeah, Doral, Aventura, and Coral Gables ring. Bilingual market depth matters here — we work with English-first and Spanish-first businesses. High AOV ecommerce + professional services concentration.

Miami-Dade County
04

Martin County

Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Hobe Sound. Less saturated market — ranking compounds faster, but the buyer pool is smaller per category. Right fit for business owners who own a specific local niche and want to dominate it.

Martin County
05

St. Lucie County

Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Tradition. Growing market with comparatively low SEO competition. We’ve been expanding our work in this corridor as Treasure Coast development accelerates.

St. Lucie County

Nationwide

Non-geo work for ecommerce stores, software companies, businesses competing nationally on Google, and brands with locations in multiple states. South Florida businesses get our local-pack depth; everywhere else gets the engineering.

Nationwide capability
WHY WE STAYED LOCAL

Local-pack rankings are an operational advantage, not a marketing claim.

National agencies sell “local SEO” from offices three states away. We do it from Boca Raton, where we live and where our GBP listing has been operating since 2014. The difference shows up in three places: (1) we know which cities have which competitive dynamics, (2) we can attend in-person discovery + photography sessions when scope justifies, and (3) our own GBP listing carries the cred you can verify on Google Maps before you call us.

Outside South Florida we run ecommerce + SaaS + category-search clients where geographic proximity doesn’t matter to the engagement. See /nationwide/ for non-geo capability.

Questions people ask us

Do you serve other Florida cities (Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville)?
We’ve worked with clients in Tampa, Orlando, Naples, and the Treasure Coast on specific engagements (typically ecommerce or non-geo work where location doesn’t affect the playbook). For local SEO + GBP specifically, our depth is South Florida — we’d refer you to a local specialist in those markets if the engagement is local-pack-dependent.
Do you travel for on-site meetings or photography?
Yes, within South Florida — included on Growth and Domination tier engagements, available as scoped add-on on Foundation tier. Outside South Florida we typically work remotely with structured photography briefs + reference imagery, but we’ll travel for high-scope engagements (typically commercial GC, multi-location franchise, or strategic-account work).
How do you handle clients with multiple locations across counties?
Multi-location is a specific scope shape — one master GBP strategy + per-location pages with locally-unique content (neighborhoods, codes, building stock, photos). We’ve built multi-location architectures for clients with 3–15 locations across South Florida. The strategy call walks the matrix shape against your specific footprint.
What’s the difference between county hubs and city-specific pages?
County hub pages (the 5 links above) cover broader competitive dynamics + the major cities within. City-specific pages target the actual money keywords (“web design boca raton,” “seo fort lauderdale”) and live at flat URLs like /web-design-boca-raton/. Both serve different search intents — the city pages are higher-intent commercial, the county hubs are higher-funnel trust-building.
How long until we see ranking improvement in our city?
Most clients see first measurable movement at weeks 6–10 — technical fixes and on-page optimization unlock impressions Google was suppressing. Sustained ranking growth on competitive city + service combinations is a 90-to-180-day story. Less competitive markets (Martin, St. Lucie) compound faster than Palm Beach or Broward.
What if we’re a South Florida-based business that serves a wider geographic area?
Common situation — many of our service-business clients are South Florida-based but travel for jobs (commercial GC, specialized trades, B2B businesses). The site architecture handles this with a clear primary service area + secondary “we also serve” positioning that doesn’t dilute local SEO authority. We’ve done this for a multi-vertical commercial services business who serves the full Treasure Coast from a Palm Beach base.
