Questions people ask us

Do you run paid ads and organic posting, or just one?
Both, and we specifically think the split is our unfair advantage. Most agencies are either 'ads agencies' or 'content agencies.' The handoff between them is where most social-media strategies die. Running paid + organic under one team means your ad creative gets pre-tested organically, your organic content gets amplified as Spark Ads on TikTok, and your retargeting audiences are populated by your own content engine.
Which platforms do you manage?
Organic: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok. Paid: Meta (Facebook + Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn. We don't do Pinterest, YouTube, or Reddit in this engagement — if you need those, we scope separately. Most clients run 3 platforms organic + 1-2 paid, not all 5+3.
How many posts per platform per week?
Depends on the platform and goal. TikTok rewards volume — we recommend 3-5 posts/week minimum if you're serious. Instagram + Facebook: 3-4/week is typical. LinkedIn: 2-3/week (the algo punishes oversaturation). X: daily (the platform is firehose-native). We lock the cadence before the contract so there are no 'did we commit to that?' conversations.
Do we approve every post, or do you just publish?
You approve the 90-day calendar up front (themes + post types). Day-to-day posts go into a shared calendar tool where you can review 1 week in advance with a red-card option. If you want approval on every single post, we can accommodate, but the cadence drops — most clients prefer the calendar-level approval because it matches how the rest of the work gets done.
What about short-form video?
Included. TikTok, Reels, and LinkedIn video are part of every cadence where they fit the brand. We handle scripting, editing, and posting. For full-production branded video content (expensive sit-down interviews, multi-camera shoots), we scope separately — that's videography, not social media.
Do you handle influencer partnerships?
Selectively. Micro-influencer outreach + whitelist agreements + UGC sourcing are all in scope for ecommerce brands where creator content demonstrably outperforms brand content. For larger talent partnerships (celebrity tier, exclusive contracts, legal review), we coordinate with your PR team or recommend partners — that's not our wheelhouse.
