Local SEO that wins the three spots that matter.

When someone in Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach searches for what you do, Google shows three businesses on the map before anything else. Local SEO is the work that puts you in those three and keeps you there: a complete Business Profile, steady reviews, listings that agree with each other, and a page for every service and city you actually serve. We run it in house, from Boca Raton, and our own profile is one of the three for our own search.

UltraWeb Labs is a local SEO company in Boca Raton, Florida. Local SEO is the work that gets a business into the three map results and the page-one listings for searches like "roofer near me" or "immigration attorney Boca Raton": a complete, active Google Business Profile, a steady flow of reviews, business listings that match to the letter, and one real page for each service and each city you serve. Why the map shows your competitors and not you

SOUND FAMILIAR?

The three map spots decide who gets the call. These are the four reasons a good business is not in them.

The Business Profile was set up once and forgotten

Half the services missing, no photos since the launch, hours wrong for the holiday. Google reads an inactive profile as a business that might not be open.

“We have a Google listing. Isn't that enough?”

Reviews come in bursts, then stop

Twelve reviews in 2023, two since. The businesses above you are getting three a month, and Google notices the pace as much as the total.

“We have great reviews. Why are they outranking us?”

Your listings disagree with each other

An old suite number on Yelp, a different phone on the Chamber site, the legal name on one directory and the brand name on another. Each mismatch is a reason for Google to trust the profile a little less.

“Does that stuff really matter?”

One page trying to rank in nine cities

A homepage that lists every city you serve in a sentence does not rank in any of them. Google wants a real page for the service in the city, with proof you work there.

“We serve all of Palm Beach County. Why only Boca?”
HOW WE THINK ABOUT LOCAL SEO

Three spots, decided by a short list of things done every month.

Local search is not mysterious. For any service in any city, Google fills the three map spots using a short list: how complete and active the Business Profile is, how many reviews you have and how fast they arrive, how close you are to the searcher, whether your listings around the web agree, and whether your site has a real page for that service in that city. Everything else is noise.

Most agencies sell the noise. A monthly blog post about nothing, a report of impressions, a "citation package" bought once. We do the short list, every month, and we measure it the way a customer would: by searching from the city, on a phone, and seeing who shows up.

We are our own test case. UltraWeb Labs holds one of the three map spots in Boca Raton for the search we care about most, and we got there with the same routine we run for clients.

  • Business Profile built out completely and kept active: services, categories, photos, posts, questions and answers
  • A review routine your team can actually keep, with the ask timed to the moment customers are happiest
  • Listings cleaned up so name, address and phone match everywhere that counts, then monitored
  • One page per service per city, each with local proof, never a template with the city name swapped
  • Positions checked from your city on a phone, and reported alongside calls and form leads
02

What’s included

01

Google Business Profile management

The profile is the map listing. We complete every field, pick the categories that match how people search, load real photos, publish updates, answer questions and reviews, and watch for the edits Google and the public make to it. An active profile is the single biggest map-ranking lever a business controls.

02

Reviews that keep coming

Google weighs pace and recency, not just the total. We set up an ask that fits your business, a text after the job, a link at checkout, a card with the invoice, and reply to every review so the profile reads as a business that is paying attention.

03

Listings that agree

Your name, address and phone number are checked across the directories and data providers Google draws from, corrected where they disagree, and monitored so an old address does not creep back in.

04

Location and service pages that earn their place

A real page for each service in each city you serve, written with local proof: a project there, a review from there, the neighborhoods you work in. We build them only where you actually work, because Google's own guidelines treat city pages with nothing local on them as spam.

05

Local search markup and on-page signals

Your site tells Google who you are, where you are and what you do in the structured form it reads directly: LocalBusiness or the specific type, service areas, hours, and the same name, address and phone as the profile.

06

Rank tracking from your city

A position seen from an office in another state is not your position. We check the map and organic results from the searcher's city and report what a customer there actually sees, next to Search Console clicks.

07

Leads, not just rankings

Calls, direction requests and form submissions are tracked so the monthly report answers the only question that matters: did more customers reach you.

08

The technical floor

Fast on a phone, indexable, no broken pages, a working contact form. Local SEO on a slow or broken site is wasted; we fix the floor first.

03

How we deliver it

  1. 01

    Audit from your city

We search your services from your city on a phone, record who holds the three spots and why, and audit your profile, reviews, listings and pages against them.

Output — Output — a plain-English gap list, ranked by what will move the map first
  2. 02

    Profile and listings

The Business Profile is completed and activated; every listing that disagrees is corrected.

Output — Output — a profile with nothing missing and listings that match
  3. 03

    Review routine

We set up the ask, the timing and the replies, and teach your team the one habit that keeps reviews coming.

Output — Output — a steady review pace, tracked monthly
  4. 04

    Pages that earn cities

One service page per city you actually serve, each with real local proof, linked from the profile and the site.

Output — Output — pages that pass the uniqueness bar and get indexed
  5. 05

    Monthly: measure and adjust

Positions from your city, clicks, calls and leads in one report; the next month's work chosen from what moved.

Output — Output — a monthly report you can read in five minutes

What to expect: investment and timeline

Organic plans start at $649 a month. The right level depends on how many services and cities you compete in and how far behind the profile and listings are today. A single-location business with a clean profile needs less than a contractor chasing three counties.

Timeline, honestly: profile and listing fixes show on the map within weeks; review pace and new city pages take three to six months to change who holds the three spots in competitive markets. We tell you where you stand from the first audit, and we report from real searches, so you never have to take our word for it.

Questions people ask us

What is the difference between local SEO and regular SEO?
Regular SEO earns rankings in the ordinary results for any search. Local SEO earns the three map results and the local listings for searches with a place in them, spoken or implied: "roofer near me", "dentist in Delray Beach". It leans on your Google Business Profile, reviews, listings and location pages far more than on blog content and links. Most South Florida service businesses need local SEO first.
How long does local SEO take to work?
Profile and listing fixes usually show on the map within a few weeks. Moving into the three spots in a competitive city typically takes three to six months of steady reviews, an active profile and real location pages. We show you the starting position from a real search in your city so progress is measured against it, not against a promise.
Do I need a page for every city I serve?
Only for cities you actually work in, and only with something real on the page: a project there, a review from there, the neighborhoods you cover. Google's spam policies specifically call out pages made for cities that funnel people to the same content. Ten honest city pages beat forty templated ones, and we have removed templated pages from our own site for exactly that reason.
Can you get me more Google reviews?
We set up the routine that gets them: who asks, when, how, and what happens after. We never buy or write reviews, and we do not use gating that shows a review link only to happy customers, which violates Google's policy. Real reviews at a steady pace is the goal, and it is what the map rewards.
What do you actually do each month?
Business Profile updates and replies, review routine follow-through, listing monitoring, one or more location or service pages where you need them, technical checks on the site, and a report with positions from your city, clicks, calls and leads. The work is chosen from what moved last month.
Is $649 a month the whole price?
It is the starting level for a single-location business. Businesses competing across several cities or with a badly damaged listing history need a larger plan, quoted after the audit. There is no long contract; plans run month to month.
How do I know it is working?
You will see it in three places: the map results when you search from your city on a phone, the clicks and calls in your monthly report, and the leads reaching your inbox. We track all three. If a plan is not moving those numbers, we say so and change the plan.

We've been working with UltraWeb Marketing for about five months now, and the results have been fantastic. Ram, our Google Ads account manager, has helped us double our Google-sourced bookings - and this month we're on track to exceed that! Damon, the owner, has been incredibly helpful in resolving complex behind-the-scenes Google technical issues. We're extremely satisfied with their performance and highly recommend their services.

I as an owner of the business was lucky enough to have had the opportunity of working with Skyler, this guy was ever so patient during our zoom meetings. His way of getting to know me as a person during the time spent, & asking certain questions, paid off big time. He was able to re-write many of the descriptions that I had never thought of. These guys are the BOMB! They taught us a lot, & we are very thankfull for their expertise. This is just the beginning of a long term relationship, thanks again.
