AEO Generator – Facebook & Instagram Data Usage

Ultra Web Marketing operates the AEO Generator application (“AEO Generator”), which connects to Facebook and Instagram through Meta’s official APIs to provide social media content management services for our clients.

What Data We Access

When you authorize AEO Generator, the application may access the following information from your Facebook and/or Instagram accounts:

• Facebook Page profile information (name, category, profile picture)
• Facebook Page posts, comments, and engagement metrics
• Instagram Business account profile information and media
• Instagram insights and engagement data
• Business Manager account information
• Ad account data (read-only, for reporting purposes)

How We Use Your Data

We use the data accessed through AEO Generator solely for the following purposes:

• Creating and publishing posts to Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts on your behalf

Data Deletion

You may revoke AEO Generator’s access to your Facebook and Instagram accounts at any time by:

• Removing the app from your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
• Contacting us directly at damon@ultraweblabs.com to request data deletion

Upon revocation or request, we will delete all stored access tokens and associated data within 30 days.
